created for an independent study during a fourth-year drawing course at the MIWSFPA, this project aims to explore the intersecting relationship between cybersecurity and identity. as humans are naturally drawn to their reflection, the viewer is compelled to see themselves through phrases evocative of the human experience which have been distorted to resemble various CAPTCHA techniques.

a small LED light changes colour based on how close the viewer is to the canvas, detected by an ultrasonic sensor. the wires connecting the tech components travel through and around blocks of soap.

an exploration of drawing with wire and the ability of wire to function inside of an organic material.
